I stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about it. The hotel had some air conditioning issues, but I got relocated to another room with a discount, which was a nice touch. The room I chose, SuperiorXL King Bed with Terrace, was of good quality and had a safe, which I appreciated.
The hotel had fabulous rooms with the most comfortable king-size beds and good walls/doors. Though the room itself was smaller than advertised, it was still lovely and had superior 'XL' features. The service was very caring and hospitable, with friendly staff members. The location was perfect for a 15-minute walk along the Arno River into the center, offering a slightly quieter experience. The dining options were very good, providing a great selection of food. Overall, a wonderful stay with some minor room size discrepancies.
